Philosophy
My rendering services are simple. I deliver high quality renderings with a quick turnaround for a simple price. Unlike other 3D companies, I list prices with nothing to hide. Prices below are for each type of image delivered. Because no two 3D projects are the same, turnaround times may vary. Some projects have existing floorplans or existing 3D models, while others don't have any existing information. So quotes are also given for scope and turnaround.
How it works
1. Request a quote specifying what you want for your rendering, how many of each type of rendering you want, and any information you have about the project (3D files, cad files, sketches, photos)
2. You will be sent an e-mail with a quote and an invoice.
3. After payment, you will recieve your renderings within 3-4 days of your quoted time.
Types of services
Conceptual Rendering....$300/rendering
Exterior Photo-real Renderings....$800/rendering (5"x10" 160 dpi)
Interior Photo-real Renderings....$1000/rendering (5"x10" 160 dpi)
Animations / Flythroughs....Starting at $1000, with $1000 increase for every additional 30 seconds of animation (typically 800 x 400 pixels)
